EU & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As a UK-based business, we offer EU and international shipping to many countries. If you’re located in the Middle East, please contact us at discovermydua@gmail.com before placing your order so we can confirm shipping availability to your region.


Please note that customers are responsible for all customs and VAT charges once the item reaches their country.

 

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders typically take 1-3 days to process. If you need your order urgently, please reach out to us via Instagram or email us at discovermydua@gmail.com so we can ensure timely delivery.


We cannot issue refunds if orders are delivered to your address and no one is available to receive them. Please ensure that your order is scheduled for delivery at a time or place where someone will be available to accept it.


My Dua is not responsible for and will not replace any missing orders that are not reported to our team within 3 days of a missed delivery. This policy is due to insurance requirements and cannot be waived.


Lastly, please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as My Dua is not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process.
